Construction of Fuzuli International Airport has been accelerated

Construction works of Fuzuli International Airport were started in January 2021. Landing of planes is provided on both sides of the airport. At present, earthworks have been completed on the runway and apron and road pavement is under construction. The first test flight is scheduled on September 5. To speed up the construction, two asphalt plants have been installed in Guruchay and three crushers have been put into operation.

It should be noted that the construction of Fuzuli Airport is carried out by AzVirt Limited Liability Company, the only company in the country specialized in this field. In addition, AzVirt LLC will participate in the construction of Zangilan and Lachin airports.
